• Requesting the order: We provide an order sheet format for our customers in an Excel file. It is available to send us the order with substitute items to fill up any empty space.
• You will be informed of the latest price list and availability of fish species and sizes you requested. Prices are quoted in US dollars and cents.
• Confirm your order at least 5 working days before the shipment upon receiving 100% advance payment and airline’s confirmation.
• Request the document list you need: We can prepare the following certificates upon your request (health certificate, Certificate of origin for fish and plants, AWB, commercial Invoice, and Actual packing list, among other documents as required).

We strongly recommend that you read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as it represents a Contract between Randika aquarium farm house. Please note that by ordering any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

Fish are packed in Styrofoam boxes with dimensions of 60 x 45 x 31 cm & 48 x 42 x 38 cm. The weight per box ranges from 15 to 24 kg & 10-17 kg, depending on the types of fish and packing density involved.

The packing densities listed on the price list serve as indications for fish packed to endure flight duration, excluding unforeseen delays during transit. We reserve the right to alter packing density according to prevailing situations at the time of packing to minimize possibilities of DOA (Death on Arrival) while considering the absolute need to economize freight charges.

You will be advised of any changes needed in packing densities before the orders are processed. When buyers make requests for fixed-density packing, they bear full responsibility (without DOA guarantees).

Orders for fish can be packed into 1/6, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or 1 box accordingly, with a minimum order of 1/4 boxes per item.

All prices are available in our price list and quoted in US dollars. Additionally, there is a handling fee of US$70 per fish shipment, in addition to the prices of the products.

• Currently, we only accept Telegraphic Transfer (Swift).
• T/T payments should be made in full to the company account only (account details will be provided with price list)

Please be aware that our time zone is GMT+5.30, and our working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm. We will respond to incoming emails and WhatsApp messages as soon as possible, or on the next working day if they arrive after our office hours.

If your fish do not arrive alive or if they die within 24 hours after receiving them at the airport, we will replace them in terms of credits for further shipments. The following conditions apply,

• You must take immediate delivery of your order upon its arrival.
• Please make sure that your water quality is good.
• You must acclimate the new arrival fish.
• Under normal flights/shipment conditions, our records have shown more than 99% alive on arrival at the destination airport.
